Bell Pepper - Glass Jar

Bell Pepper is obtained from the pepper fruits, conveniently ripe, fresh, healthy and in good condition, which will be subjected to selection and washing, and when necessary, to the elimination by cutting, of the defective parts, in such a way that visual examination does not reveal rot or mold. After this selection phase, the pepper is then subjected to an industrial transformation process.
