Ours, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premium Spanish is obtained from the olives of the varieties, Cornicabra, fresh and healthy, strictly selected, ground exclusively by mechanical procedures at low temperatures, so as not to alter the organoleptic characteristics (color, smell and taste). Olive oil with absolutely impeccable taste, whose acidity cannot exceed 0.8gr / 100gr and whose other characteristics are in accordance with those established for this category.
