ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from the fruit of the olive tree from olive groves free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, exclusively by mechanical procedures or other physical procedures in conditions, especially thermal, which do not involve oil change and which have not undergone any treatment other than washing, decanting, centrifuging and filtration. Keeps all its vitamins and organoleptic properties intact. The color varies from yellowish to greenish tones, with a mild, fruity flavor and with a medium to light intensity of bitter and spicy.

Virgin olive oil with an absolutely impeccable taste, whose acidity, expressed in oleic acid, cannot be greater than 0.8gr / 100gr and whose other characteristics are in accordance with that established for this category.

Contains no allergens.

Below 15°C may be some turbidity or even the clotted solids at the bottom of the bottle. This process of turbidity or coagulation is perfectly natural as a result of the solidification of the waxes of the oil itself. Under higher temperature conditions, the oil will appear perfectly clear.
